Chalice A name for the cup to hold the wine which will be used for the Eucharist. This is a cup made of gold or silver, or if of silver. It holds the wine and after consecration the precious blood. |

Chalice Pall A flat, square, cloth covered board, about 6 inches square, that is used to cover the chalice. |
