Pre-Cana

The Pre-Cana Program at St. James is a unique experience. After the initial phone call to the coordinators, a team couple is paired with the engaged couple. What follows is a four week session done by the team couple in their home, in which they basically share their relationship with the engaged in a warm and intimate setting. The sharing is private and personal and very rewarding to all.

The first week is spent getting to know each other and viewing an excellent film about relationships. The second meeting is on Communication, the third on Sexuality and the fourth on Sacrament.

The Pre-Cana team are couples with good marriages who are willing to spend the time to welcome the betrothed and share their marriages with them. St. James Parish is most grateful for the commitment and love they give to the engaged.
