Saint James parishioners are encouraged to offer their support for the various volunteer projects undertaken each year to support our adopted “sister parish,” Sacred Heart Church in New Brunswick. Volunteers are needed to participate in the monthly collection on the fourth Sunday, the Thanksgiving Food Drive, the Christmas Adopt-a-Family Gift Campaign and the Easter Basket Project, among others. For Easter, an effort is organized to collect school supplies, small toys and candy to fill more than 100 Easter baskets for needy families. Please consider assisting with collection of basket items, assembly of the baskets and/or delivery to New Brunswick.
